The art of distillation has been a Nonino Family privilege since 1897. The Nonino Distilleries, unique in the world, consist of five artisanal distilleries, each with
12 exclusive batch steam stills for the production of the inimitable Nonino Distillates, respecting the tradition and the rhythms of true craftsmanship. WITH NONINO
Recipes
Quando E Dove
Ingredients
- 1 ozL’Aperitivo Nonino Botanical Drink
- 1 1/2 ozfino sherry (preferably Lustau Fino Jarana)
- 1/2 ozfresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 ozRothman & Winter Orchard Apricot liqueur
- 1/4 ozsimple syrup
- 1 1/2 ozFever-Tree club soda
Directions
Add all ingredients except club soda to a mixing glass over ice, stir until chilled. Strain into a wine glass over ice, and top with club soda. Garnish with a thyme sprig, lemon wheel and Castelvetrano olive.

Paper Plane
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz Breaker Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
Directions
Mix equal parts of Amaro Nonino, Aperol, Breaker Bourbon, and freshly squeezed and strained lemon juice. Shake over ice and strain. Serve in a coup glass.

Negronino
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
- 3/4 oz Langley's No. 8 Gin
- 1/4 oz Campari
- 3/4 oz Vermouth
Directions
Pour in Amaro Nonino, Campari, Langley's Gin, Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth and mix with a small stirrer. Serve the cocktail garnish with a pink grapefruit peel.

TRE SORELLE
Ingredients
- 1 oz L’Aperitivo Nonino Botanical Drink
- 1 oz Pisco
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 4 grapes
Directions
Add all ingredients except grapes to a shaker tin and dry shake. Add grapes and ice, then shake firmly to ensure proper dilution and muddling of grapes. Fine-strain into a coupe and garnish with a sprig of lavender.

THE SEAMSTRESS
Ingredients
- 1 oz L’Aperitivo Nonino Botanical Drink
- 1/2 oz Armagnac
- 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
- 1/2 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Dry sparkling wine
Directions
Add first four ingredients to a mixing glass over ice, stir until chilled. Strain into a coupe, top with sparkling wine, and garnish with a lemon twist.

CORNUCOPIA
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz L’Aperitivo Nonino Botanical Drink
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Cinnamon–brown sugar syrup
- 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
- Top with prosecco
Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake well. Double-strain into a Collins glass over ice. Garnish with fanned fresh fruit slices and a mint sprig.

THE CHILL OF THE NIGHT
Ingredients
- 1 oz L’Aperitivo Nonino Botanical Drink
- 1 oz Riazul Reposado Tequila
- 1/2 oz Becherovka liqueur
- 3/4 oz Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Spiced honey syrup
- 1 Dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Directions
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass over ice, stir until chilled. Strain over a large ice cube into a double Old-Fashioned glass. Garnish with a marigold and grated cinnamon.

L’APERITIVO CAFFÈ
Ingredients
- 1 oz L’Aperitivo Nonino Botanical Drink
- 1/2 oz Barley shochu
- 1/4 oz Coffee liqueur
- Tonic water, to top
Directions
Build in a chilled highball glass over ice, and garnish with an expressed lemon peel and a swath of lemon peel.

WINTER IN MIAMI
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz L’Aperitivo Nonino Botanical Drink
- 3/4 oz Cold-brew coffee (not concentrate, or concentrate that’s been diluted)
- 1/4 oz Spiced banana syrup (see direction)
- 1 oz Soda and 1 oz tonic
Directions
Add all ingredients except the soda/tonic to a mixing glass over ice, stir until chilled. Strain over ice into a highball glass prepared with a rim of banana salt, top with soda and tonic.

NAKATOMI PLAZA
Ingredients
- 1 oz L’Aperitivo Nonino Botanical Drink
- 1 oz Grain Whisky
- 3/4 oz Chamomile–pink peppercorn syrup (see direction)
- 3/4 oz Lemon juice
- 2 oz Soda water (preferably Topo Chico)
Directions
Add all ingredients except soda water to a shaker tin with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball glass over ice. Garnish with pink peppercorns.

MELETO HIGHBALL
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz L’Aperitivo Nonino Botanical Drink
- 3/4 oz Japanese whisky
- 1 1/2 oz Fresh-pressed Granny Smith apple juice (see direction
- 1/4 oz Clove honey (see direction)
- 1/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- Light, dry apple cider to top
Directions
Build in a Collins glass over ice and stir gently. Garnish with apple wheels fanned out on the inside of the glass. Note: Juice the apple immediately before making the cocktail, or it will oxidize and turn brown.

L’APERITIVO NONINO SPRITZ
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz L’Aperitivo Nonino Botanical Drink
- 3/4 oz Sparkling wine or tonic water
- 1/4 oz Lemon juice
Directions
In an Aperitif glass put ice, the L’Aperitivo Nonino, the sparkling wine or tonic water and the lemon juice. Stir and enjoy!

NONINO VENETIAN MUSE
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz L’Aperitivo Nonino Botanical Drink
- 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®
- 1/2 oz Sweet & sour soda
Directions
Put ice in shaker, add L’Aperitivo Nonino, Amaro Nonino Quintessentia® and sweet & sour soda, shake quickly and pour in an Aperitivo glass with a lot of ice, a twist of lemon peel and slice of sun cut lemon.

ROYAL NONINO PIMM’S
Ingredients
- 3 1/4 oz L’Aperitivo Nonino Botanical Drink
- 12 oz Ginger Ale
- 2 raspberries, 2 blackberries & ½ strawberry
Directions
Pour L’Aperitivo Nonino and ginger ale and stir delicately with a bar spoon. Add the fresh fruit and decorate the glass as you please.

THE STAR CITY APERITIVO
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz L’Aperitivo Nonino Botanical Drink
- 1/2 oz Langley's No. 8 Gin
- 1/4 oz Simple syrup
- 1/4 oz Lemon juice
- Splash of watermelon or cucumber soda
Directions
Pour L’Aperitivo Nonino in shaker with all ingredients and ice, shake with a strainer and pour over ice. Add a top of watermelon or cucumber soda and garnish with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of mint.

UPTOWN MANHATTAN
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
- 2 oz Breaker Bourbon
- 1/4 oz Cherry Heering
- 2 Dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
Directions
Stir, express an orange peel, and garnish with a cherry.

NONINO AMARO
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
- 1 Orange slice & ice cubes
Directions
Serve in a tumbler as an aperitif.

NONINO SOUR
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
- 1/2 oz Sweet & sour soda
- 1 slice each of cucumber & lemon
Directions
Fill a tall tumbler with ice cubes. Shake the Amaro Nonino and the sweet & sour with ice. Pour it into the tumbler and top with Sprite and a slice of cucumber. Garnish the edge of the glass with a slice of lemon.

BEATIFUMO DI NONINO
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
- 1/4 oz Ledaig 10 Year Scotch
- 1/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Honey syrup
Directions
Mix Amaro Nonino, Ledaig, the freshly squeezed and strained lemon juice, and the honey syrup (2 parts honey to 1 part water). Shake well over ice and strain.
