Recipes
PAPER PLANE
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Breaker Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
- 3/4 oz Lemon juice
Directions
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker three-quarters filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass.

SANTA BARBARA OLD FASHIONED
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz Breaker Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions
Stir ingredients very well with ice and strain over 1 large cube into a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel and luxardo cherr

BREAKER SMASH
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Breaker Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Blackberry liqueur
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Honey syrup
Directions
Shake ingredients very well with ice and strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and blackberry slice (if available).

PACIFIC JULEP
Ingredients
- 2 oz Breaker Bourbon
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 8-10 Mint leaves
Directions
In the bottom of a highball glass, muddle the mint in the simple syrup. Add the Breaker Bourbon plus crushed ice to the top and stir well. Continue adding crushed ice until a dome forms on top. Garnish with lots of mint leaves and powdered sugar (if available)
