ABOUT ANGOSTURA
The rums of the House of Angostura® are a treasured legacy, a tribute to the evolution of the rum industry in the Caribbean and the men and women who nurtured it. The House of Angostura® owns the only rum distillery in Trinidad today, and controls its rum manufacturing process from end to end. Our rums are blended by masters with years of experience and training in original traditions, who closely maintain guarded formulas and techniques. Master Distiller, John Georges and our blenders are involved at every stage to ensure the highest quality and consistency, from molasses selection through to cask selection. Our premium rums are made from the highest quality molasses fermented with proprietary yeastcultures, distilled in continuous stills, then aged in charred oak barrels.

Recipes
Mai Tai
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz Angostura 5 Year Old Rum
- 1 oz Orange Curaçao
- 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Fresh pineapple juice (optional)
- 1/4 oz Orgeat syrup
- 1/2 tsp white cane sugar
- 2 Dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
- 1 Dash vanilla syrup (optional)
Directions
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Strain into an ice-filled Old-Fashioned glass.

Mojito
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz Angostura White Oak Rum
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 3 Dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
- Top with Club Soda
- 10 Mint leaves
Directions
Add all ingredients over crushed ice in a highball. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge.

ORANGE DAIQUIRI
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Angostura® 5 Year Old Rum
- 3/4 oz Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 3/4 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 3 Dashes Angostura orange bitters
Directions
Add all ingredients into mixing tin. Fill with cubed ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Double-strain into pre-chilled coupe glass.

HONEYSUCKLE
Ingredients
- oz Angostura 5 Year Old Rum
- 3/4 oz Lime juice
- 3/4 oz Honey syrup
- 1 Dash Angostura orange bitters
Directions
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

1919 Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 2oz. ANGOSTURA® 1919 Rum
- 3 dashes ANGOSTURA® cocoa bitters
- ¼ oz rich simple syrup Mix 2 parts sugar + 1 part water
Directions
Stir all ingredients together with cubed ice, then strain and serve over a large ice block in an Od Fashioned glass.
